Clifford J. Hochberg, D.C.
Dr. Hochberg received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Brooklyn College of the City of New York and, was awarded his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the New York Chiropractic College in 1986. While attending New York Chiropractic College, he was appointed Graduate Teaching Fellow in Human Anatomy, Chiropractic Technique Teaching Assistant, and received a Clinic Directors Assistantship at the New York Chiropractic College Columbia Outpatient Facility.
Dr. Hochberg opened his Plainsboro, New Jersey chiropractic practice in 1988 and has completed hundreds of hours of postdoctoral study in Chiropractic Orthopedics. He is certified by the Southeast Back Institute in Back Injury Prevention, and Aerobic Exercise Safety Instruction. Dr. Hochberg is also a Certified Back Injury Prevention Instructor for the American Red Cross and has been certified in Scoliosis Determination Procedures by the NJ Chiropractic Society. He is currently working toward a Diplomate in Chiropractic Ocupational Health Consulting.
Dr. Hochberg maintains an active speaking schedule lecturing to numerous municipal and civic groups throughout New Jersey. In addition, he teaches community and adult education classes regarding health and chiropractic care. He also performs ergonomic consultations and injury prevention programs for corporations in the central New Jersey area.
Professional memberships of Dr. Hochberg include the American Chiropractic Association, the Association of New Jersey Chiropractors, the ACA Council on Sports Injuries and Physical Fitness, and the ACA Council on Chiropractic Physiological Therapeutics and Rehabilitation. He is also an associate member of the American College of Chiropractic Orthopedists and the International Academy of Chiropractic Occupational Health Consultants.
In his spare time, Dr. Hochberg is also an avid scuba diver and is certified as an Advanced Diver and Rescue Diver
with the Professional Association of Diving Instructors.
He volunteers his time at New Jersey's world-class Adventure Aquarium as a member of the aquariums Dive Team. While diving in the aquariums 760,000 gallon Open Ocean exhibit and 550,000 dedicated Shark Realm exhibit, Dr. Hochberg conducts educational programs and assists with the care and feeding of the aquatic animals that live there.
As an active member of the community, he also serves as the first and only officially appointed Town Crier of Plainsboro. Dressed in the traditional colonial attire with bell and scroll in hand, Dr. Hochberg ceremoniously participates in numerous events for Plainsboro Township.
